Welcome to Đi Đu Đi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our travel planning platform. By accessing or using Đi Đu Đi, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

For content you make public, this includes allowing other users to view, clone, and build upon your itineraries.

Đi Đu Đi enables guides and creators to offer tours, curated itineraries, and travel services. As a service provider, you are responsible for the quality and accuracy of your offerings.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment provider's terms of service. We are not responsible for payment processing errors by third parties.
Refund policies for marketplace transactions are set by individual service providers. We encourage users to review refund policies before making purchases. For disputes between users, we may offer mediation but are not obligated to resolve disputes.
Đi Đu Đi may charge service fees for marketplace transactions. Any applicable fees will be disclosed before you complete a transaction.
The Đi Đu Đi service, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without compensation or attribution.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any travel information, itineraries, or recommendations provided through the service. Travel conditions, prices, and availability may change. You are responsible for verifying information and making your own travel decisions.
We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of User Content. Reviews, recommendations, and itineraries represent the opinions of individual users.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ĐI ĐU ĐI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or extended periods of inactivity.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease. We may delete your account and User Content, although some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Đi Đu Đi regarding the service.
